Mark's Bistro, Omaha

Sometimes Mark's is great (New Year's Eve, for example), and other times it's so-so. At times, their portions can be disappointing, especially for how much you pay (not to sound gauche, but really).
Good atmosphere. Good wine selection. I'd like to try the patio seating in the summer sometime.
