Watercourse, Denver

Watercourse was our favorite stop in Denver last spring (though the Ethiopian place was an awesome little hole in the wall, too . . . I can't remember the name, though).
Really fresh, light breakfasts and fantastic vegetarian options. I can't remember what I got, but it was good.
