The Twisted Cork Bistro, Omaha

Mike and I went to The Twisted Cork Bistro for dinner tonight and it was outstanding.

Here's what I tried:

Wine: NxNW (North by Northwest), a Washington Cabernet Sauvignon, I believe
Appetizer: Lavosh: pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, two cheese (havarti and mozzarella?), fennel, goat cheese, red pepper on the side . . . can't remember what else, but it was tremendous
Dinner: Cheeseburger: blend of local beef/pork with a great seasoning. It came with chips and an apple coleslaw that had blue cheese on it
Dessert: Cheesecake . . . puts the factory to shame
Coffee: the owners are from Seattle

I wanted to try the Tomato White Cheddar soup, but no room.

They're having a Ladies Night April 29th that I want to go to.
