Lime-Peanut Dressing
1/2 C fresh lime juice
3 T sugar
2 T finely chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
2 T fish sauce
1 T minced fresh ginger
1 T chopped fresh cilantro
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1. Stir together all ingredients until blended.
Makes 1 cup.
