007 Chicken Salad

Elaine made this last night and it was so fresh and light. She served it with a small bunch of grapes and a jello salad. Perfect summer meal.

3 CUPS DICED CHICKEN
1 C. MINUTE RICE COOKED IN BROTH
1 C. SLICED CELERY
1 C. " BLACK OLIVES
1 C. " SLIVERED ALMONDS
2 OZ. PIMENTOS
1/2 C. DICED GREEN ONION
2 C. HELLMANS MAYO
MIX TOGETHER AND CHILL
