Blueberry (Aronia berry) Crisp
From Blood Type Diet Website:
4 cups blueberries (or aronia berries)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup turbinado sugar (or agave)
1/2 cup spelt flour (or rice flour)
3 Tablespoons walnuts (chopped and toasted)
6 Tablespoons butter or ghee
Put berries in 2 quart casserole dish
Mix remaining ingredients with pastry blender or fork until consistency of corn meal
Sprinkle on top of berries
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
